Project Architect (Healthcare)

Among other things, here's what you'll be doing:
- Lead and coordinate with consultants, internal teams, and external partners to ensure the successful execution of healthcare architecture projects, from concept to completion.
- Provide leadership in translating project visions into actionable design plans, ensuring they meet healthcare-specific requirements, codes, and regulations.
- Conduct research and develop specialized details to solve unique design challenges specific to healthcare environments, such as patient flow, safety, and accessibility.
- Analyze building codes and healthcare-specific regulations to ensure compliance, oversee submittal reviews, and lead the response process for construction RFIs, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
- Strengthen project management skills, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality healthcare projects and cultivating strong client relationships for future opportunities.
Ideal qualifications we seek in a candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in architecture, with at least 5 years of professional experience in healthcare architecture or related fields.
- Strong interest in Behavioral health design and healing environments.
- Licensed Architect.
- Proficient in Revit, with a strong understanding of using the tool to support project management, collaboration, and design needs.
- Leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and ensure their successful outcomes.
- LEED accredited or strong interest in sustainability
The details:
- This is a full-time position based in our Tacoma office. Some regional travel is necessary.

- This position offers 24 days of “all-inclusive” PTO that can be used for reasons important to you.
- The pay range for this position is $56,000 – $89,000. New hires typically join in the lower end of this range and progress over time while demonstrating mastery of the position.
