BCRC, Inc. (Beaver County Rehabilitation Center) is a non-profit agency which offers a wide range of services that provide supports to people with intellectual, developmental, psychiatric, and physical disabilities to achieve increased independence, secure employment, and participate in their communities.
As a part time Direct Support Professional you will work in the vocational workshop at BCRC supporting adults with disabilities as they work towards developing strong work skills.
You will:
· train clients to complete work tasks
· maintain quality control on completed work
· work with clients on their individual goals
· model professional work behavior
· support clients as they participate in community activities that develop their life skills
This position is four days per week, weekdays only, 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM (28 hrs/wk) and pays $17.25 per hour. Part time employees accrue paid time off plus 11 paid holidays. BCRC values and provides extensive training for all staff. BCRC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
