Job Coach-Part Time
BCRC, Inc. (Beaver County Rehabilitation Center) is a non-profit agency that provides support to people with intellectual, developmental, psychiatric, and physical disabilities with the goal of increasing independence, securing employment, and enriching relationships through community inclusion.
As a part-time Job Coach your schedule will be:
· Four weekdays 7:30AM to 2:30 PM
· No nights, No weekends, No holidays
As a part-time Job Coach your pay and benefits will be:
· $17.25/hr
· Eleven paid holidays as well as PTO
· No experience is required. BCRC values and provides paid training for all staff.
As a part-time Job Coach, you will work in the vocational workshop supporting adults with disabilities as they work towards improving their vocational skills.
Your role will include:
· training participants as they learn new vocational skills to ensure success on the job
· maintaining quality control and safe work environments
· working with participants on their individual goals to foster growth and confidence
· modeling professional work behavior
· supporting participants in self-directed living as they engage in community activities such as volunteer work, visiting performing art centers, sporting events, museums, gardens/parks and paying work positions
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma
· Valid Driver’s License
