Job Coach-Part Time
As a part-time Job Coach your schedule, pay and benefits will be:
- Four weekdays 7:30AM to 2:30 PM
- No nights, No weekends, No holidays
- $17.25/hr
- Eleven paid holidays as well as PTO
- No experience is required. BCRC values and provides paid training for all staff.
As a Job Coach, you play an important role working in BCRCs vocational workshop supporting adults with disabilities as they work towards improving their vocational skills, as well as, occasionally taking participants into the community.
Work Activities Include:
- Training participants as they learn new vocational skills to ensure success on the job
- Maintaining quality control and safe work environments
- Working with participants on their individual goals to foster growth and confidence
- Modeling professional work behavior
- Supporting participants in self-directed living as they engage in community activities such as volunteer work, visiting performing art centers, sporting events, museums, gardens/parks and paying work positions
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Valid Driver’s License
