Responsibilities
The OEM Account Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing OEM accounts related to specific BCS products
- Improving customer relationships by establishing and maintaining close contact with key executives in purchasing and engineering
- Achieving strategic customer objectives defined by company management
- Developing and implementing account strategies in accordance with the company's and product line's goals and strategies
- Assessing proactively customer needs, trends, and risks that could affect business development strategy
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Account Manager position at a Tier 1 supplier to OEM
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, specializing in technical or commercial areas
- Experience in automotive components manufacturing and processes
- Experience with automotive HMI Sensors & Switches
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, versatility in intercultural and interdisciplinary communication
- Fluent English communication skills
- Leadership, pro-activity, problem-solving, and analytical thinking
- Readiness for traveling at necessary extents to secure achievement of all responsibilities
