Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement and Supply Chain Specialist to join a growing team. This role will play a key part in managing procurement activities while driving supply chain efficiencies.
Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Supply Chain, the successful candidate will take ownership of issuing and tracking purchase orders, sourcing raw materials (domestic and international), and improving processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Issue, track, and manage purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Source raw materials from domestic and international suppliers (U.S., Asia, Europe) to meet production requirements.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain disruptions; proactively address risks such as late shipments and shortages.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Quality, Art, Warehouse, Logistics) to address supply chain needs and ensure seamless operations.
- Utilize data analytics tools (e.g., advanced Excel, Power BI) to generate reports, track KPIs, and provide insights into supply chain performance.
- Support strategic decision-making by presenting analyses and recommendations to leadership.
- Develop and implement processes that enhance supply chain efficiency and scalability.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, delivery schedules, and supplier communications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies (certification preferred).
- Have strong negotiation skills
- Proficiency with Dynamics 365, advanced Excel, and Power BI.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Demonstrated initiative and a solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
