What are the responsibilities and job description for the Insurance Advisor / Agent position at BCS Wealth Management?
Work in a team environment to provide risk management and insurance services as it relates to overall wealth management, financial planning and group benefits for prospects and clients. Work with referrals from other team members and strategic partners, opportunity to take over and service existing clients, and build your network to prospect potential clients.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Genuine interest in helping people
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented and ability to multi-task
- Work in a team environment and alongside other advisors for the good of the client
- Desire for continued learning, improvement and continued education
- General computer skills, including Microsoft applications
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understand services and products within licensing
- Effectively communicate with clients regarding financial planning and risk management
- Be able to quote and teach prospects and clients about options that make sense for them
- Service in force policy questions as necessary
- Build relationships with existing clients and potential clients
- Consistently provide customer service to new and existing clients
- Work with existing clients to schedule reviews
- Be able to provide quotes and appropriate applications for insurance and risk management products and solutions
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
- Life/Accident and Health Certifications
- Individual insurance experience preferred
- Group insurance experience not required, but a plus
