What you will do
Support the purchase of goods and services. Provide Acquisition, Program Management, and Systems Engineering support.
Specifically:
- Assess the governance and business processes to identify gaps and areas for process improvements across the portfolio.
- Develop, recommend, and track process improvements approved by the Leadership Team to support the Governance Framework.
- Assess the Governance Framework implementation progress and effectiveness:
- provide system engineering support to properly address audits/findings; support the customers strategic objectives.
- Support enduring efforts to inform leader decisions for re-alignment (re-baselining).
- Establish standardized processes & governance for Test, Systems Engineering, Risk Management, Mission Needs/ Requirements Management, and Logistics.
- Assist the Government in performing program and project oversight to ensure programs are executed in accordance with programs and project plans.
What you will need
Fourteen (14) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar
scope, type and complexity is required.
- Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
