SALARY
This position has a base salary range of is $96,000 - $144,000 Annual. This range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience and time in the role.

Summary
The Intelligent Automation Developer at BCU will assist with the development and delivery of intelligent automation solutions using UiPath and Generative AI (GenAI) technologies. This role involves streamlining business processes, improving operational efficiency, ensuring security and scalability, and utilizing GenAI tools for automation and process innovation. The Developer will also mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of automation projects that align with BCU's strategic initiatives.

Role and Responsibilities

• Automation Development: Design, develop, and implement intelligent automation solutions using UiPath technologies, with a focus on enhancing business process efficiency.
• AI Integration: Leverage UiPath tools for tasks such as natural language processing, document understanding, and content generation to improve automation outcomes.
• Orchestrator Management: Manage bots in UiPath Orchestrator, ensuring efficient scheduling, deployment, and synchronization of automated and AI-driven processes.
• Security & Scalability: Ensure automation and AI solutions meet enterprise standards for security, scalability, and performance.
• Reusable Components: Develop reusable automation and AI components to streamline solution deployment across various business processes.
• Integration & API Development: Build and maintain integrations across enterprise systems using APIs (Postman, REST, SOAP, JSON, XML) and incorporate AI models where appropriate.
• Incident Management & Support: Serve as an SME for incident escalations related to automation and AI technologies, providing technical support as needed.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Work with cross-functional teams, working with business analysts and other technology experts to deliver automation and AI-driven solutions that meet business objectives.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop test plans, conduct unit testing, and ensure that automation and AI solutions are thoroughly tested before deployment.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in intelligent automation development, RPA, or related fields.
• Proficiency in UiPath (or other platform such as Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere) and familiarity with Generative AI tools and models.
• Experience with ITIL methodology and incident tracking systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and mentor junior developers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• UiPath Certified Professional Automation Developer Professional, UiPath Certified Professional Specialized AI Professional, UiPath Certified Professional Automation Solution Architect Professional
• Experience in GenAI technologies, such as natural language processing or document understanding.
• Familiarity with agile and scrum methodologies.
• Strong technical skills in API development, AI model integration, and enterprise system communication.
• Previous experience working in a Center of Excellence (COE) for automation and AI.
