SALARY
This position has a base salary range of is $68,000 - 102,000 Annual. This range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience and time in the role.
Summary
This role is responsible for business development, operation, and overall results of efforts to acquire, develop and retain strong account relationships with affluent and high-net worth members within designated BCU Company Partners and their defined leadership programs. Responsible for the coaching and development of program associates under branch. This role will have overarching responsibility for the operation and results of Company Partner Leadership Programs.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for managing successful execution of existing Company Partner Leadership programs and driving credit union adoption and engagement with corporate partner leaders & executives.
2. Responsible for achieving annual branch goals and making appropriate action plans to correct deficient areas needing improvement.
3. Responsible for personally developing, strengthening, and maintaining strong relationships with Corporate Partner members and prospects.
4. Responsible for coaching associates to branch production, including lending (consumer and mortgage) new member on-boarding, deposit growth, and digital services adoption and fee income generation.
5. Responsible for coaching associates to identify, deepen, and maintain new relationships to gain incremental wallet share of the affluent and high net worth segment within BCU's designated Company Partners by leveraging centers of influence, existing members, referral sources, and excellent discovery and profiling skills.
6. Provide direction and coordination for high levels of communication and teamwork with other branches and departments (i.e., Business Development, Corporate Relations, Mortgage, and Wealth Advisors) to support the overall goals of the credit union.
7. Partner closely with Director and Company Partner Relations to report regular updates and review current and future program needs.
8. Manage and maintain top quartile of executive relationships, while delegating all transactional and tactical service needs, to appropriate channels.
9. Monitor proactive outreach for all potential and existing members to sell through service all BCU products with the goal of growth and profitability in the corporate segment portfolio utilizing SalesForce.
10. Work with Director, peers, Corporate Relations, and other support areas to reevaluate and drive Company Partner Leadership program strategies.
11. Provide indirect leadership and coaching to company partner service center reps acting as the front-line point of contact for company partner leaders.
12. Work directly with Branch Operations and Director on monthly/quarterly/annual audits for branch and leadership programs to ensure all operations and performance standards are in order.
13. Anticipate problems or relationship-risk and proactively work with Director, Sr. Manager Private Client Services, and/or Dir. Company Partner Relations to resolve member issues.
14. Maintain an expert knowledge of internal policies, procedures, and processes to ensure flawless and seamless execution of the most complex tasks.
15. Establish brand recognition as single point-of-contact for company partner leaders' and executives' financial needs.
16. Must be available for member emergencies during off hours, team coverage, and be willing to travel locally to meet with members in person.
17. Successfully complete all required registrations and certifications as needed.
18. Responsible for understanding and monitoring compliance with credit union policies and operational procedures, and associated laws and regulations.
19. Oversee branch and Company Partner Leadership Program audit integrity and risk management.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- BA or equivalent work experience required.
- At least 2 years of management experience in a financial institution or retail sales.
- 5 years front line experience in a financial institution or retail sales position in a management role will substitute for degree; BCU experience preferred.
- Demonstrated relationship-development experience, with executive-level and high-profile, clientele required.
- Must have strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Must be energetic, self-motivated leader with outstanding initiative.
- Excellent detail orientation, time management, and follow-up skills required for working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent PC skills, and use of Microsoft Office products, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Proficient with SalesForce or other CRM management tool.
- Must be results oriented and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate across business functions.
- Must be a person of high integrity who is always dependable and professional.
- High level of knowledge on products and services offered by competing financial institutions.
- Skills in negotiation, leadership, and sales.
- Demonstrated teaching, coaching and staff evaluation skills.
