We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) strategy and operations in the Specimen Management Business Unit.
This role requires a strong understanding of technical research methods, regulatory requirements, and healthcare decision-maker needs.
You will be accountable for ensuring execution of HEOR projects for priority pipeline programs, executing enterprise HEOR programs, and driving functional excellence through best-practice deliverables and compliance leadership.
Key responsibilities include implementing global HEOR strategic plans, developing evidence-based plans, and championing value communication tools.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, and Marketing, to inform portfolio decisions and guide product strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Health Services Research, Health Economics, Epidemiology) and 5 years of experience conducting HEOR research.
Prior laboratory training or experience is preferred, as well as substantial technical knowledge and extensive experience in planning and delivering HEOR programs.
This role offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
