**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Account Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.
The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities, as well as marketing expertise in Pharma business. You will be responsible for translating strategy into execution plan, and taking a role in securing the commercial success of our Global Accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual Accounts Marketing Plans, including conversion of marketing plan into Key Driver Goals with clear ownership and timelines.
- Support Sales teams in achieving their budget targets, answering specific needs of the Key Account Manager.
- Market segmentation, opportunities definition, value-proposition definition, competitive analysis and objection handling.
**About You**
To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum Master's Degree in Marketing or MBA, at least 3 years of experience in operational Marketing, and experience in strategic account marketing to enterprise accounts preferred.
We seek an experienced individual with a consistent record developing marketing tactics for major, global accounts and developing accounts-preferably in the life sciences/pharmaceutical industry.
