Key Accountabilities:
- Support implementation of Continuous Improvement projects across all dimensions (SQDC)
- Help generate, sustain, and deliver a multi-year Cost to Win (CTW) portfolio, support governance processes, and optimization of the site loss landscape
- Teach and coach BD Excellence concepts and systematic approach, including strategy deployment, core components, Zero Loss mindset, and related methodologies/tools
- Support development of zero loss mindset across critical areas to optimize quality, delivery, and cost while improving safety
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in implementing and strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma business systems
- Demonstrated passion for safety, customer centricity, and operational excellence
- Understanding of the interaction between operational excellence and customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with people at all levels
- Track record in project or program management
