About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Specialist to join our team. As an Assembly Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, reporting any hazards to supervision.
- Participate in safety programs and initiatives throughout the plant.
- Ensure quality and GMP standards are met, working efficiently with supervision and other associates.
- Set up, debug, adjust, and operate equipment within specified ranges.
- Perform changeovers on equipment, performing quality inspections according to operational specifications.
- Possess a solid understanding of current production reporting systems and their application to all positions.
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment as assigned, including semi-annual extended maintenance.
- Maintain and handle inventory as vital.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement activities, including the BD Production System (BDPS).
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- 1 Year of manufacturing experience preferred.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
