- Primary Job Responsibilities :
- Actively supports Directors and department by performing administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing marketing materials.
- Interfaces directly with physician and healthcare professionals to initiate and manage contracts and coordinate travel and honorarium payments.
- Assists in the organization of company events, trade shows, and charitable activities.
- Tracks marketing expenditures and maintains budget records.
- Processes POs and invoices, adds new vendors to ERP system and interfaces with accounts payable.
- Assists in the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Supports marketing team through purchase of materials for wide variety of activities and ensures team has needed supplies.
- Keeps promotional materials ready and in stock through fulfillment partner.
- Takes on special projects as assigned.
- About You :
- Minimum Associates or bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum two-years experience in a marketing role or an administrative capacity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience working in the medical device or healthcare industry is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize and organize busy and changing workload
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
