About the Role
We are seeking an Operational Excellence Lead to join our team at BD. As a key member of our Focused Improvement component team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing operational excellence strategies to drive continuous improvement and efficiency across our manufacturing operations.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Senior Engineers, Operations personnel, and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to drive cost savings, improve quality, and increase productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate breakthrough Kaizen events to drive process improvements.
- Develop and maintain a multi-year Cost to Win (CTW) portfolio to drive strategic business growth.
- Collaborate with Component Teams and Project Teams to eliminate losses and optimize site performance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
- Develop and lead training programs to educate employees on BD Excellence principles and methods.
