The Operational Excellence Specialist will provide technical support for Manufacturing departments personnel. The role requires working directly with Senior Engineers, Managers, and Operations personnel to improve OEE and minimize Waste.
Key responsibilities include:
- Active participation in Focused Improvement component team.
- Development of problem-solving capabilities at all levels.
- Support implementation of CI projects across all dimensions (SQDC).
- Coordination of activity of component teams and focused improvement project teams to eliminate loss.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or similar.
- 2-3 years experience in manufacturing.
- Six Sigma Certification preferred.
