Job Summary
As a Quality Assurance Specialist at BD, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met for our medical products. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducts sampling, product testing, and visual inspection of finished goods to identify product defects and non-conformances
- Maintains accurate documentation of all inspection/testing data and ensures an easily retrievable filing system
- Assists with root cause analysis activities and conducts device history, procedural, and product audits as directed by Quality Management
- Maintains awareness of product and process trends at the discretion of QA Management
- Completes other duties as assigned by QA Management
Requirements
- Prior experience in quality assurance or a related field is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
