">We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven sales professional to join our team as a Sales Territory Associate. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for supporting our regional sales teams in achieving their sales objectives.
Job Responsibilities:

- Support regional sales teams in gaining exposure to US healthcare, specifically laboratory, nursing, and physician engagement. ">
- Complete sales training and learn the IDS portfolio to effectively provide support to field associates. ">
- Protect and grow the Specimen Management (SM) portfolio. ">
- Provide customers with product information, data insights, clinical education, and product training. ">
- Inform customers of new and current pricing, backorder management, and company policies. ">
Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree required. ">
- 1-2 years of outside sales experience or equivalency. ">
- Ability to travel up to 75%. ">
- Good interpersonal and communication skills. ">
- Strong persuasion and influencing skills. ">
- Good judgment and professional behavior. ">
- BASIC knowledge of Laboratory, Nursing, and Medical Device industry. ">
- Excellent listening and communication skills. ">
- Demonstrated ability to effectively build and sustain professional relationships with hospital, other sales, and corporate office personnel. ">
