Become a maker of possible with us.Women’s Health Specialist - Covering Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, and ArizonaTo represent BD Peripheral Intervention in the Women’s Health setting in a specific geographical area assigned by the company, and take necessary action to attain sales objectives.Sell the entire Women’s Health Biopsy portfolio to current and new accounts.Ability in establishing solid, working relationships with key stakeholders at strategic accounts to create market share conversionExpert in Clinical Acumen and Knowledge surrounding the Women’s Health IndustryConduct successful product evaluations to increase BD’s market shareUnderstand and demonstrates the contractual landscapeInforms customers of new and current pricing, backorders, and company policies.Drives comprehensive in-service of products to all concerned individuals.Conduct business reviews quarterly with department managers, purchasing and procurementCollaborate with Territory Manager to drive impact through relationshipsPlans sales calls on a continuous basis, handling sales time effectively.Develops thorough knowledge of all products and clinical data.Informs District Manager of significant market changes and competitive activity.Achieves prompt, mutually satisfactory solutions to customer complaints.Analyzes customer needs and creates solutions.Maintains company automobile and company property.Completes and processes BD Peripheral Intervention reports including but not limited to : sales summary reports, expense reports, monthly product tracking reports, account targeting reports, and complaint reports in accordance with established procedures and policies.Education and / or Experience : Bachelor's degree required4 years of outside sales experience in medical device sales. Preferably within the Women’s Health IndustryDemonstrated human relations and communication skillsMust possess and maintain a valid state-issued driver's license and meet BD's auto safety standards.Must be based in Tempe or Phoenix, AZTravel up to 75% travel within territoryAdditional Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge : Product knowledge and all features and benefits of BD Women’s Health productsSurgical procedure knowledge, adequate to illustrate our product benefitsBasic anatomyMedical and surgical terminologyThorough understanding of needs / analysis sellingExcellent listening and communication skillsFor certain roles at BD, employment is contingent upon the Company’s receipt of sufficient proof that you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
