Position : Technology Systems Technician
Reporting Relationship : SITECH General Manager
A REAS OF RESPONSIBILITY : Position will work in all areas of the business as needed. Work will include, but is not limited to warehouse work, equipment preparation and programming, machine installation assistance, and class preparation. Take part in training, to expand knowledge of GPS products.

This position will be used to assist company needs in all areas as follows : Warehouse Work which will entail checking in orders to include labeling and stocking of shelves. Shipping of product to customers and between stores. Pulling of orders for field technicians including paperwork preparation. Lift up to 75 lbs is part of this job. Equipment Preparation to include assembly, charging, programming, and documentation necessary for sales or rental. Machine Installation to include assisting field techs with installing, trouble shooting and repair of machine installed product. School Preparation to include classroom preparation, pulling, charging and prepping school gear and set up for students use. Clean up and return of gear after classes. On Job Learning to work in MAS computer system, learn Trimble web site for codes and support needed, and learn GPS products and operation.
The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices on a daily basis : 1) Demonstrated alignment with the company's mission and core business values; 2) Collaboration with key internal / external resources and 3) Ongoing self development.
KRA's ( Key Responsibility Areas) :
Warehouse work including receiving stock, receipting into MAS system, placing and pulling stock from shelves, lifting products weighing up to 75lbs.
Prepare GPS products to include assembly, charging and programming firmware in the products using Trimble web site.
Works in field in all weather conditions to assist field technicians with installation, repair and trouble shooting of machine technology products. Field work will be dirty, greasy and physically demanding work.
Assist trainer in the preparation for schools and associated field training activities. Work includes pulling, prepping and set up of equipment for class, clean up of gear and return of gear back to warehouse.
Will undertake on the job learning of the MAS computer system, Trimble web site use and GPS product use and operation
