The Wash Rack Technician is responsible for washing and cleaning of equipment inventory.
Entry level position – The Wash Rack Technician 1 relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform functions of the job and has basic knowledge of standard and technical concepts, practices, and procedures.
The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices on a daily basis : 1) Demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values; 2) Collaborate with key internal / external resources; 3) Participate in ongoing self-development.
Essential Functions :
- Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of HOLT’s Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models, and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission
- Washes and cleans machines and equipment in preparation for inspection and possible repair
- Inspects and performs check-out and check-in procedures
- Documents the condition of equipment after and after utilization
- Occasionally assist with routine inspections, minor repairs, and general maintenance
- Maintains equipment inventory systems per standard operating procedures
- Assists with equipment demonstrations and loading and unloading of equipment
- Requires regular and punctual employee attendance
- Works safely at all times and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards
- Performs other duties as assigned
