We are looking for a full-time experienced Case Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities Include
- Making the initial contact with clients and continuing to contact them on a regular basis
- Fully investigating each case by gathering and analyzing intake information and relevant documents.
- Entering pertinent information into our database.
- Verifying insurance coverage and liability issues, and maintaining contact with insurance company.
- Managing client’s medical care by keeping in constant communication with client’s and medical providers. Scheduling and calendaring medical appointments all while explaining procedures and related documentation to the client.
- Continuously monitor case status, review medical records
- Organizing and maintaining case files, preparing files to be submitted to demand writers
- Qualified candidates with have 3-5 years of experience managing a heavy case load in the Personal Injury field.
- Candidate must have experience managing a file from intake to demands and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be detail orientated, organized with excellent follow through in order to meet multiple deadlines.
- Candidate must have excellent communication and people skills as this role requires heavy client contact.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance terminology a plus.
