Key Responsibilities :
- Gather and evaluate client information and files to confirm medical treatment received, including type of treatment and its duration.
- Follow up to obtain essential documents related to the treatment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, healthcare providers, and medical facilities to request and secure medical records and health information.
- Organize and maintain all exhibits, documents, and medical records in a clear and presentable chronological manner.
