About the role :
BD is hiring an Executive Search Partner to lead and deliver a high-touch, executive recruitment experience for senior level executives (Vice President and above). You will use your strategic and consultative skills to attract and secure the best talent from both internal and external sources. You will be a trusted advisor on external market talent trends and provide innovative recruitment solutions to support the business goals.
As a key member of the executive search team, will be accountable for all aspects of executive recruitment lifecycle and contribute to team-driven recruiting efforts. You will also help us create best practices for executive search in both client engagement and delivery.
Role offers flexibility to work remotely.
Main responsibilities will include :
Develop relationship management strategies with high-potential talent to showcase our company’s leadership opportunities
Manage the full search process across a complex and matrixed organization
Partner with Researcher to identify executive talent for current and future roles
Use competency based interviewing techniques to qualify candidates.
Prepare candidate summaries and search status updates, outlining strengths and areas of development for each prospect, providing hiring recommendation
Qualifications :
Previous experience in a retained search firm, recruiting across multiple functional areas preferred
Demonstrated success in executive candidate development and client management for Sr Director, VP and above placements
Experience with complex offer negotiation and candidate closing
Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously with strong project management skills
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and influencing skills, to work with executive level leaders from a diverse set of backgrounds
Familiar with Candidate Relationship Management software (Thrive) and Workday preferred
