About the Role:
As an Executive Search Partner, you will lead and deliver high-touch executive recruitment experiences for senior-level executives (Vice President and above). You will attract and secure top talent from both internal and external sources using strategic and consultative skills. You will be a trusted advisor on external market talent trends and provide innovative recruitment solutions to support business goals.
Main Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in retained search firms recruiting across multiple functional areas preferred.
* Demonstrated success in executive candidate development and client management for Sr Director, VP and above placements.
* Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously with strong project management skills.
* Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and influencing skills to work with executive level leaders from diverse backgrounds.
* Familiarity with Candidate Relationship Management software (Thrive) and Workday preferred.
