Job Description
The VP of Manufacturing, Medical Device will play a critical role in shaping the trajectory of BD while leaving a lasting legacy. This individual will be responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive curriculum to support associates' understanding of BD Excellence and promoting a train-the-trainer culture. Additionally, they will partner with BDX Learning and Development teams to seamlessly incorporate BD Excellence material and concepts into BD's broader leadership and development training curriculum.
