Become a maker of possible with us.Job Summary : The Regional Marketing Manager will lead marketing strategy for our Core business in North America and drive results through both internal resources as well as strategic agency partnerships. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions that meet customer needs, resulting in increased revenue and profitability for the organization.Responsibilities : Develop and implement regional marketing plans aligned with corporate goals and objectivesManage relationships with key customers and stakeholders within assigned territoryCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products or enhance existing ones based on customer feedback and market trendsConduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and threats in the regionAnalyze sales data to identify areas of opportunity and optimize resource allocation accordinglyMonitor competitive activity and adjust strategies accordinglyLead agency partnerships to execute campaigns across all channels including digital, print, television, radio, social media, etc.Track performance metrics related to marketing initiatives and provide regular updates to management teamStay abreast of changes in regulatory environment affecting pharmaceutical manufacturing operationsProvide support to Sales Team by attending conferences, trade shows, webinars, etc., as neededQualifications Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferredMinimum five years experience in marketing / communications role within Healthcare industryStrong project management skills essentialExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively as part of a teamKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite requiredExperience working with external agencies preferredUnderstanding of regulatory requirements governing pharmaceutical manufacturing processes highly desirableAt BD, we prioritize on-site collaboration because we believe it fosters creativity, innovation, and effective problem-solving, which are essential in the fast-paced healthcare industry.
