What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supply Chain Planning and Logistics Leader position at BD?
Key Responsibilities
Define end-to-end SC planning strategy to achieve optimum supply chain performance (Cost - Cash - Service) that meets regional and global business objectives.
Support end-to-end planning including RM planning, rough cut capacity planning, Master production planning, distribution planning and demand planning at both regional and global level.
Drive regular reviews of the end-to-end supply chain value stream effectiveness and implement continuous performance improvements.
Apply strategic and pragmatic approach to elevate team capability and its development, collaborate on ERP/planning system enhancements, increase the digital/analytics infrastructure and accelerate maturity of management processes like IBP, S&OE, Budget process and Long Term Planning processes.
Ensure global processes are utilized to drive demand consensus at regional and global level across Sales, Marketing, Platform, Finance and Operations.
