What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital Agency Sales Manager position at BDA Digital Advertising?
AS a valued Team Member you will offer services and products with the objective of selling new or additional revenue generating opportunities. Provide customers with product and service information. Responsible for developing and maintaining knowledge of a variety of Digital Advertising products and services.
- Uses Needs-Based Selling techniques to sell internet marketing services and products to achieve client goals; includes creating & utilizing effective sales presentations, expert product knowledge and new profitable advertising campaigns. Complete necessary business development objectives. Handle all calls with the intent of providing customer satisfaction and retention. Create a positive relationship for client in all customer and prospect contacts.
Work with Internal Support Team and Communicating with Clients on deadlines, Artwork and issuing weekly reports including engagement on social media ads, for Facebook Instagram and Tiktok.
Work with SEO team to assist with SEO Keyword Planners, Google Analytics set up and all the SEM rush and Competitive research using SEM Rush and other advertising channels including Bing by providing CPC strategies and campaign management for PPC
Attend weekly production meetings to discuss project flow with the other team members and continuously organize and coordinate project flow to ensure the client’s expectations are being met or exceeded.
Help with email inquiry’s call ins and new client acquisition.
Have an impeccable attitude, and constant communication between clients, sales and management and graphics and development staff to assist in achieving Monthly Revenue and Margin goals
