We are looking for someone that wants to lead a team and develop a world-class product and technology organization, while also rolling their sleeves up and owning critical projects themselves. You will oversee a dynamic set of products ranging from ecommerce experiences, management SaaS, and complex operations management systems and integrations, understanding how it all fits together and where long-term value is driven.

- Oversee the creation and execution of the Roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and overall business and communicate effectively to gain buy in
- Make tough tradeoff decisions and keep focused on delivering value quickly
- Ability to speak on behalf of the technology organization in executive settings
- Hire, train, develop, manage, and retain top product and design talent
- Build a winning culture, where team members are empowered and accountable to outcomes
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and continuous improvement, including reporting/analytics
- Prioritize product initiatives based on business value, customer insights, and market trends.
