THE POSITION :
The Team Leader's main responsibilities are the direction of the crew during the operation, meeting with clients, ensuring successful and productive shifts are performed, preparing reports, and control of inventory and equipment.
Responsibilities and duties include, but not limited to, the following :
Determine and notify crew of departure times to ensure adequate arrival time for set upDirect crew assignments at the job siteInspect quality of equipment serviced for cleanliness and serviceabilityRecord number of pieces cleaned; number repaired; number needing further repairSend daily updates to Operations Management TeamCompile hours of work for crew and turn in Weekly Time SheetPerform other duties as directed by the Operations Management TeamVery hands on with equipment and deep cleaning of equipmentRequirements :
Travel 75% to 100% of the time throughout the year (required)Current driver's license and ability to drive a box truck (required)Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred, but not requiredMust be comfortable with using a computer and familiar with Microsoft OfficeMust pass random drug testsMust be reliable with a strong work ethicGood customer service, organization, leadership, and communication skillsOUR PERKS :
