Are you the Product Evaluation Project Manager we're looking for?
To thrive as the Program Manager for Product Evaluation (PE) at BDC Laboratories, you'll need a robust toolkit of skills and expertise! A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering field, or an Associate's degree with extensive relevant experience, lays the foundation for your success. With at least five years in project management-preferably with PMP certification-and a solid track record of supervisory experience, you'll be the motivational force behind our talented team. Mastering the art of effective communication, conflict management, and negotiation is essential as you tackle challenges head-on. Your ability to read and interpret technical procedures will empower you to present precise information to clients and colleagues alike.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are :
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering field with a minimum of five years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with a minimum of six years of relevant experience.
- Project Management Professional (e.g. PMP certified) or a minimum of five years doing project management.
- Minimum of five years of supervisory experience is required. Must have a proven ability to effectively motivate, manage, and develop team members.
- Must possess the ability to read and interpret technical procedure, along with the ability to effectively present accurate technical information and respond to questions from clients and company employees.
- Strong communication, conflict management, negotiation, problem-solving and teamwork skills
- Project costing and customer interface experience
