Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Customer Service and Relationship Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, driving sales, achieving sales goals, providing exceptional customer support, and handling a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, flexible, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.
- Additional Requirement: Up to Two Saturdays a Month
Location: Soddy Daisy, TN
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay: $18 - $19 per hour
- Performance-Based Commission: $4,000 - $12,000 annually
- Estimated Total Annual Earnings: $45,000 - $52,000 (based on performance and sales achievement)

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Relationship Management:
- Make sales calls to existing and potential clients to drive business growth.
- Follow up with commercial clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
- Track and report sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Customer Support:
- Field and respond to all phone calls for the business, ensuring a professional and courteous experience.
- Provide support to online customers via phone and video calls, including assistance with product fitting issues.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and live chat to resolve inquiries and concerns.
- Order Processing and Coordination:
- Accurately process e-commerce orders, ensuring all order data is entered correctly for shipment.
- Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order processing and shipping timelines.
- Administrative Duties:
- Manage and organize large amounts of data with a focus on accuracy.
- Utilize multiple web-based programs to perform daily tasks efficiently.
- Support additional administrative responsibilities as directed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general PC operations.
