Position OverviewBDNet Corporate Networking, a leading IT Managed Services Provider based in Chantilly, VA, is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Junior Account Manager to join our team. This role is integral to maintaining and growing client relationships while ensuring exceptional service delivery and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling BDNet's services.
- Assist in the development and implementation of account strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Resolve client issues and complaints promptly, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports on account status and performance metrics.
- Support senior account managers in larger client engagements and projects.
- Quoting and procurement of hardware, software, and licensing
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in account management or a related customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
