What will you be doing?
As a Junior Manager at BDO Accountants, you will:
- Support entrepreneurs in launching new businesses, managing their finances, and strategic oversight.
- Prepare essential documents like annual closing, financial statements, and tax returns.
- Develop interim balance sheets, VAT returns, and depreciation tables.
- Oversee and mentor junior staff, ensuring their growth and development.
- Stay ahead with the latest technologies and training opportunities offered by BDO Academy to guarantee peak operational efficiency.
What do you bring to the table?
- A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, accompanied by roughly four years of pertinent accounting experience.
- Progress towards or completion of ITAA certification.
- Fluent in Dutch, with a proficient level of French and/or English.
- A keen learner with a vibrant, proactive attitude.
- Strong analytical and communication abilities.
- Resilience under pressure, a sense of responsibility, and a collaborative spirit.
