What will you be doing?
As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in digital transformation projects within the utilities and energy sector. You will bridge business needs and technical solutions, ensuring compliance with MIG6, smart metering, and regulatory requirements
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze and map business processes, identifying optimization opportunities within the energy sector.
- Gather and document business and functional requirements, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into actionable system designs.
- Support the testing, validation, and deployment of digital solutions.
- Act as a key liaison between stakeholders.
- Support change management and user adoption, ensuring seamless implementation of new processes.
- Stay up to date on regulatory and market changes.
What do you bring to the table?
- 3-4 years of experience in business analysis, within the utilities/energy sector.
- Strong understanding of the energy market (MIG6, smart metering, etc.).
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile, BPMN, and UML.
- Fluent in English and French, and a good knowledge of Dutch.
