- Conduct gap analysis and prepare financial institutions for PSD3 compliance.
- Provide expertise in open banking and regulatory frameworks like PSD2 and FIDA.
- Develop innovative strategies to transition financial institutions to a digital, cashless future.
- Stay ahead of trends in instant payments and emerging payment methods like EPI.
- Lead projects and change management activities to drive successful transformations.
- Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with clients to tackle complex challenges.

- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in banking, consulting, or related industry.
- Strong knowledge and experience in PSD2, PSD3, and open banking.
- Experience conducting gap analysis and preparing banks for regulatory compliance.
- Deep understanding of FIDA regulation and its impact on financial institutions.
- Experience with emerging payment trends and technologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Dutch or French as your native language and very good proficiency in the other and fluency in English.
