We are seeking a RPA Consultant to join our team and support our clients in automating complex business processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in RPA technologies, business process analysis, and automation development.

What will you be doing?
- Work closely with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using the leading RPA tool UiPath.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements through automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions with other enterprise systems.
- Maintain and troubleshoot RPA solutions to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users and internal teams on automation best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new automation technologies, and best practices.
What do you bring to the table?
- Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in RPA development and implementation.
- Hands-on experience with at least one RPA tool (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc.).
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, .NET, or VBScript.
- Experience with process analysis, process optimization, and workflow automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders.
- Fluent in English (mother tongue can be Dutch or French)
