In this role, you'll guide our clients through transformation journeys, offering tailored solutions that address their unique challenges. Here's a glimpse into your typical day :
- Facilitating transformation initiatives to drive efficiency gains and enhance customer focus in the utilities sector.
- Analysing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing solutions aligned with client strategic objectives.
- Leading discussions and defining communication plans to support employees through significant changes.
- Conducting business analysis and organising workshops to improve customer experience and prepare for digital transformation.
- Collaborating with technical teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure the quality of deliverables.
What do you bring to the table? :
We're looking for someone who :
Holds a master's degree in Engineering, Management, or Economics.Has 2-5 years of experience as a consultant and / or in the energy sector, with knowledge of sector-specific products and industrial processes.Possesses native-level proficiency in Dutch or French, with very good knowledge of the other language, and a profound understanding of business English.Is eager to learn, proactive, and thrives on new challenges.Has a strong ambition to drive impactful change and make a difference.Excels in stakeholder management and works well both independently and as part of a team.Is conscious of the organisations complexity and goals, with an eye for people.
