What will you be doing?
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial statements, operational data, and business plans, identifying adjustments in EBITDA, net working capital, and net financial debt for accurate transaction valuations.
- Due Diligence: Lead buy-side and sell-side due diligence by coordinating sessions with target company management to gather crucial insights.
- Reporting & Insights: Prepare due diligence reports, including financial analyses, charts, and conclusions to guide client decisions.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work with tax, legal, and other teams to provide comprehensive due diligence services.
- Client Engagement: Assist in preparing proposals for new or existing clients to drive business growth.
What do you bring to the table?
- Master's degree in Finance, Business Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferably within a consulting or professional services firm.
- Excellent command of Dutch, French and English.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, with a deep understanding of its application in corporate finance.
- Experience with Power Query and Power Pivot is a plus for enhancing data analytics efficiency.
- Good knowledge of PowerPoint for creating professional, insightful reports.
- Team player with a sense of responsibility and a "can-do" mindset, eager to continuously learn and grow.
