Job Summary :
Prepares and compiles documents required by federal government for discharge of foreign cargo at domestic port to serve as intermediary between importers, merchant shipping companies, airlines, railroads, trucking companies, pipeline operators, and the United States Customs Service by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisor.
Essential Functions :
- Act as focal point of contact for existing and new customers.
- Daily arrangement of customs clearance, and monitor the customs brokers daily procedure & reports.
- Implement SOP perfectly to meet customer specific requirement.
- Working with Coordinator / Documentation in terms of System data entry and checking.
- Invoice preparing, cost checking and presenting, job checking and closing.
- Support manager to meet with customer for better communication, efficient cooperation, or removing the misunderstanding, etc.
- Complete other related jobs assigned by the team leader.
