Job Summary:
The OPEX Specialist is responsible for PSA BDP’s OPEX global & regional team’s goals/objectives and execution of such in assigned region.
Responsibilities:
- Part of regional OPEX team
- Brand ambassador of global OPEX organization
- Actively participate in all analysis and decision-making work related to OPEX initiatives
- Lead organic optimization initiatives within the assigned region
- Develop solutions for process/data/applications issues and implement
- Support development and implementation of process standardization, segmentation and consolidation of processes initiatives
- Accountable for assigned OPEX projects in Operations, technology, and functional areas
- Tracking and reporting on project portfolios and overall OPEX program
- Escalations and conflict resolution in projects
- Stakeholder management for assigned projects
- End to end project management of assigned project portfolio
- Act as trainer and execution specialist for OPEX and related initiatives
- Work closely with OPEX teams, EPI centers, products, technology and functional teams
- Be a leader for change management
- Support standards and governance of global initiatives
