Our team of over 160 employees and large network of service providers is our greatest asset.

What you will do...
The Team Leader is responsible for maximizing employee productivity, monitoring that quality standards are met, maintaining appropriate and positive relationships with employees and customers, and maintaining accurate and timely records in the Detail Department. There are two key areas of responsibility: Performance/Customer Satisfaction, and Safety/Compliance.
Part-Time Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic Part-Time Administrative Assistant and Recruiter to join our team and assist in both administrative tasks and talent acquisition efforts. If you're a multitasker who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and helping to build a great team, we want to hear from you!
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing various administrative tasks and agendas to ensure smooth operations within the organization. This role involves handling accounts receivable, payroll management, office supplies procurement, employee onboarding, and various other administrative duties. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Assistant:
  • Provide general administrative support, accounts receivable, payroll, new hire onboarding, bank deposits,
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both digital and physical.
  • Check mail, order supplies for office and kitchen, maintain uniforms, keep laundry moving.
  • Help with data entry, child support documentation, reporting, and creating presentations as needed.
  • Perform other administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience with Paycor a plus.
  • Prior experience in administrative support and/accounts receivable a plus.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work approximately 20-25 hours per week.
