Ability to plan and organize the week with site visits, dealership meetings, vendor updates, and completing required administrative duties.

Understands the service agreement with the dealership and vendors and works to achieve the goals and expectations of the dealership.

Effectively utilizes the Workflow process and ensures compliance with policies and procedures.

Manages the dealership Workflow site with the dealership inventory manager.

Understands and drives business metrics and performance measurements to ensure effectiveness, high performance, and compliance.

Detailed supervision of each step of the process, both at the dealership site or when reviewing the Workflow system

Maintains effective and productive multi-site management of up to 8 dealerships.

Demonstrates flexibility to situations that may change and ability to make sound decisions when the process is challenged and with the best interest of all parties.

High level of independence, problem solving, and ownership of each dealership, but humble enough to ask for help from District Manager and when needed.

Responsible for assessing each car and approving all work and repairs physically and critically to automotive detailing, paint/touchup, dents, wheel replacement, interior cleaning/deodorizing, and glass/windshield, to name a few.

After the Workflow process is completed, the Program Manager is responsible for physically assessing each finished car at the dealership to constantly evaluate quality of vendor work and condition of cars ready for sale.

Develops cohesive working relationships with the dealerships, vendors, and all staff members.

Maintains regular and consistent communication with the dealerships, vendors, and all staff members.

Create the expectation with the vendor of quality service and how you will address it when work does not meet expectation.

Knows when to be present at the site and maintains a high level of visibility and approachability.

Responds to dealer and vendor communication/needs with a sense of urgency, concern and resolution.

Understands what objectives are important to each dealership and ensures the entire team is focused on exceeding expectations.

Understands and practices safety and security precautions and procedures within the dealership and with the vendors.

Receive required insurances from vendors before approval to engage in work.

High school diploma or equivalent and/or successful completion of a technical automotive school/program and at least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.

Experience with an auto body repair, vendor repair, dealership, and/or used car inventory system.

Must have a car for transportation to sites and must be able to drive a car, including manual transmission.

Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

For insurance purposes, must be at least 18 years of age and be able to pass a criminal background, MVR, and drug screen.
