Telephone Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telephone Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales, with the ability to negotiate effectively and understand market trends.

Duties

• Conduct outbound calling to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
• Utilize Salesforce and other software tools to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
• Provide technical sales support by answering customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Build rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate terms of sale and close deals effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching market goals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales activities.

Experience

• Previous experience in inside sales or customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
• Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Ability to understand technical aspects of products for effective communication with customers.
• Proven track record in negotiating skills and achieving sales targets.
• Knowledge of market trends related to our products or services is advantageous.
