WHAT WE OFFER?

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Maintain and build relationships with existing customers in your sales territory.

· Drive a company vehicle (size of a box truck) and serve customers on a designated route.

· Meet customer needs and distributor needs by ensuring inventory and space are maximized. Secure high value retail space for Red Bull products.

· Maintain and improve standards of distribution and product availability.

· Merchandise and restock product within your accounts, and make sure we look premium.

· Promotions & Sales Directives – execute promotional activity and execute Sales Directives set forth on monthly goal planners and sales meetings.

· Communicate with your team manager and track your goals. Work towards your achievements!

· Ensure product availability with your customers.

· 8–12-hour workdays, EVERY stop counts!

· Start time: 5am-6am, day ends when route complete!

· Surveying stores using our digital survey database.

REQUIREMENTS!

· Self–motivated, reliable, good communication skills, personable, positive attitude, organized time manager

· Basic math . Work with DSD, preferred.

· Must be able to adeptly work a handheld and have basic computing skills.

· Able to consistently lift 50 lbs. (cases of Red Bull)

· Driver’s license with a clean driving record (past 3 years)

· F-Endorsement (test can be done while training)

· 21 years of age

· DOT medical card required (If you do not have one, you will need to take the DOT physical.)

· High school diploma or GED required.

Pay: $41,200.00 - $52,000.00 per year
