Position Overview
This role requires a strategic thinker who can build and manage online communities, create compelling content, and drive engagement. The ideal candidate will work closely with our marketing team to ensure a strong connection with our target audience and deliver impactful campaigns.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute community engagement strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer retention.
- Manage and grow BDV Solutions’ online communities across social media platforms, forums, and other digital channels.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and discussions in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute engaging content tailored to our audience.
- Identify and leverage opportunities for brand advocacy, partnerships, and influencer collaborations.
- Analyze community insights and social media performance metrics to optimize engagement strategies.
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns, webinars, and events to drive brand visibility.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance BDV Solutions’ digital presence.
