Description : Job Overview :
The Leasing Professional is responsible for generating leads, while selling and renewing apartment leases in accordance with Company and Fair Housing guidelines. Additionally, the primary role of this position includes professionally and personally greeting prospects, demonstrating the features & benefits of the property, and securing lease agreements.
Key Responsibilities :
Leasing & Resident Relations
- Respond to internet leads, answer prospect calls, and schedule appointments for property tours.
- Greet visitors, including residents, future residents, and internal team members, while providing excellent customer service.
- Conduct property tours, demonstrate the features and benefits of the community, and secure lease agreements.
- Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; assist with data entry and tracking of key metrics.
- Follow up with prospects after property tours or application submissions to maintain engagement and drive lease conversions.
- Prepare and submit resident application materials for approval and ensure the application process runs smoothly.
- Collect application fees, deposits, and rent payments, ensuring accurate processing.
- Prepare service requests and ensure they are properly submitted for follow-up.
- Prepare move-in and move-out notices, inspections, and procedures.
- Assist with planning and hosting resident functions and special events to foster community engagement.

Salary : $16-19 per hour
The hourly rate is between $16.00 and $19.00 per hour, and the anticipated annual base compensation range for this position will be $33,280- $39,520. Hourly rate will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses.
