Join the Aveda Institute team and provide leadership and coaching support to the Cosmetology Educators to ensure a well-trained, empowered and motivated Educator team that is scheduled to effectively create first choice professionals for market leading salons, who upon graduation, will demonstrate their ability to create guest experiences and provide services that meet or exceed Aveda Institute standards in technical skills accomplishment, guest service delivery, professional behavior and achievement of productivity benchmarks.
Coach to enhance performance and professional development.
Monitor clinic/classroom standards to ensure Aveda standards are achieved.
Lead classroom utilizing Aveda teaching methods.
Mission alignment is essential
Minimum Requirements
Cosmetology license Required
5 years behind the chair
Experience teaching, training and coaching
Aveda Product Knowledge/experience Preferred
Passionate about learning and teaching.
Highly developed presentation and communication skills
Flexible to work evenings and weekend
